TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The applicant must agree to abide by all rules if changed from time to time by the organisers.
  • The applicant should be between the age mentioned in the criteria. The applicant must produce their age proof (Passport or Aadhaar Card or Voter ID or Driving License).
  • The applicant must agree to pay the registration fee of INR 1499/- (with GST) for models and INR 1999/- for designers. (GST is free for students - Student identity Required*)
  • Charges paid towards the participation in the contest are non-refundable.
  • The applicant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other commercial contract for the duration of our event.
  • The organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
  • The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
  • The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.
  • In the event of any dispute, the organisers’ decision is final.
  • The applicant permits Kolkata International Fashion Week 2024, the organizer of to send Contest/Event related information, promotional content and reminders through SMS/WhatsApp and E-mails.
  • The decision of the judges is final in all cases and everyone has to abide by it.
  • Privacy Policy - Any personal information received will only be used to fill your form. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
  • We have implemented reasonable security practices and procedures that are commensurate with the information assets being protected and with the nature of our business.
